Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you neglect to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance you will forfeit your deposit. For appointment scheduled less than 24 hours in advance, you will not be refunded your deposit if you cancel the appointment with the 24 hours time frame.
